  3. Records Practice Consulting for Community Bodies — an operational consulting engagement for organisations holding member administrative records. Fee: RM 4,200 per engagement.

All services are general and educational in character. Nothing in any engagement constitutes regulated financial, legal, or professional advice.

A non-exclusive, personal licence is granted to the registered participant for their own use. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Payment Terms

Fees are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). For workshop registrations, full payment is due at least five calendar days before the session date. For individual engagements (Family Handover Folder), a 50% deposit is due on confirmation, with the remainder due before the third appointment. For community body consulting, payment terms are set out in the engagement agreement and typically involve a deposit on signing and balance on delivery of the written assessment.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (DuitNow) and cash at our premises.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Participants cancelling a workshop registration more than seven days before the session date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days of the session are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future session date.

For individual engagements, rescheduling of any appointment is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice. Gravel Reed reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with equivalent notice given to participants.
